Your remittance should accompany this completed form when it is sent to the Membership Secretary at the address at the foot of this form. All applications for membership are subject to approval by the Council of the Society and there may be a short delay pending a meeting of the Council. Your application will not be acknowledged unless a stamped addressed envelope is enclosed but you will be contacted as soon as your application has been approved.

After joining the Society members living in North America or Australia may pay their annual subscriptions to the Society’s local collectors who are able to accept payment in US$ and A$ respectively. The names and addresses of the local collectors and the US$ and A$ subscription rates will be advised when renewal is due. An early payment discount, advised when renewal is due, is allowed to members renewing their subscriptions before 31 January in each year. Subscriptions for members joining the Society between 1 October and 31 December in any year are considered to cover the remainder of that year and the whole of the following year.

The Society holds membership records on computer. Please advise if this is not acceptable.
